Why we are bringing TheryOS world models to investment, and what we hope to achieve with Thery Dynamic and Thery Signals: better decisions with traceability.

Today we are publicly introducing Thery Dynamic and Thery Signals, TheryOS’s first investment services. This launch follows three years of developing world models to apply artificial intelligence safely and with governance in critical sectors.
Investment has allowed us to put a question at the heart of TheryOS to the test: how can artificial intelligence help us make better decisions when both the outcome and our ability to understand what produced it matter?
Building an investment portfolio means selecting assets, assigning weights and reviewing those choices as markets change. It also means respecting objectives, liquidity needs and risk limits. A convincing explanation is of little value if the proposal does not meet those conditions.
I am interested in decisions that can be tested against evidence. In investment, that means comparing returns, risk and costs with an agreed benchmark. The index puts a proposal’s results in the context of the market.
Evaluating Thery Dynamic with a major investment manager led us to put the system through 26 years of historical backtesting across three universes: Global, United States and Europe. The results exceeded our expectations and encouraged us to take this step.
The official announcement reports the aggregated results of that internal evaluation. The product page brings together the figures, an explanation of the metrics and the conditions for requesting an evaluation. From there, each organisation can define its own universe and constraints.
We want to have a concrete conversation with an investment manager: what they need to build, what data they work with and which benchmark they want to use to evaluate a proposal. That conversation is what makes the evaluation meaningful.
At TheryOS, we distinguish between the interface used to interact with the system and the logic that builds and evaluates a portfolio. A generative model can assist with queries and explanations. Thery Dynamic’s investment logic runs in our own deterministic, governed engine.
This separation preserves the process that matters to an investment team: what information was available, which limits had been set and how a decision relates to its outcome. Traceability is part of how the system works.
An investment decision generates information even when it does not produce the expected result. That difference can help us revisit a hypothesis and improve a later evaluation.
We want to use that knowledge while retaining a process of validation and human oversight for the configurations incorporated into the system. Learning is useful when it improves the work without removing the ability to review what was done.
Thery Dynamic is for those who want to build and evaluate investment portfolio proposals. Thery Signals extends the same intelligence foundation to the review of existing portfolios, surfacing positions, weights and risks that merit attention.
These are different needs. One team may want to study a new portfolio composition; another may prefer a review of the portfolio it already manages. We have organised the services so the conversation can start with that need.
With this launch, we want to help investment managers, professional advisers and high-net-worth clients improve their investment decisions while retaining control. That is why we are bringing TheryOS into this sector.
